You won’t believe this link to Coronary Heart Disease

So tell me, How many hours do you work? There really isn’t a link to how many hours we work to heart disease right? Wrong. In a very interesting article in FYI living, the author clearly paints a different picture. In fact the peer reviewed study clearly shows that working more than 11 hours per day increased the chance for CORONARY HEART DISEASE BY 67%. Coronary heart disease is now the number one killer in the United States. So what is most important here is to remember, whether this study is completely accurate or not, working long hours will defineately increase your chances of coronary heart disease. So what can and should you do?
Start with good eating habits. I suggest eating 6 meals per day. Balance carbohydrates and protein. There are many great ways to do this. We use 2 fantastic programs in our office. One program with Grab and Go meals the other with Supplements, shakes and supervised nutrition plans. You really can increase your odds of beating coronary heart disease. It takes work but you can do it. Start with changing your diet. Start exercising, get enough rest, and remember working long hours puts added stress on your body.
Make sure you take time to relax. Have a balance between work and home activities. Make sure you tell your Doctor if you are stressed out and working long hours. Develop a plan to reverse the bad habits you may have in your life. You will be glad you did.chiropractor modesto You wont believe this link to Coronary Heart Disease
